My First Day With The Wafers, OMG!

Hi Again!

As you read in my first post, I have stumbled upon what many people are calling the all natural alternative to weight loss surgery, through my home business.

Being a skeptic, the infomercial did amaze me with the experiment they did and that is why I bought the The Wafer Thin System™, to see if it did what it showed on TV. I received my package on a Friday and decided that on Monday November 19th I will start the system.

In the morning, I got out all 3 steps and the booklet I received in my package. The booklet included how to use the steps, and it also had recipes and a sample menu you can follow for a week, along with a grocery list. Well, of course, they want you to "try" to eat healthy meals but in the infomercial it says that you could basically eat what you want. You will just be a whole lot more satisfied with small portions.

I am not a huge breakfast eater during the week. On weekends I might enjoy a breakfast that my husband likes to cook. So this being a Monday morning, I really was not up for breakfast and we all know how people preach how important breakfast is. I had already gotten into the habit of drinking an awesome meal replacement that we sell on our infomercials, I actually love it and find myself not wanting to go without it in the mornings. Rice 'n Shine® for breakfast. You don't have to do that, but I love it. The next thing I had to do is take 1 capsule midmorning of Thinnergize™ (that is part of the diet system). I couldn't wait for lunchtime to come because that was going to be the big test!!

I am a really good eater. I mean, I could eat a whole can of Campbells Soup with a grilled cheese sandwich and still not be satisfied, so this would be my test! About 10 minutes to noon, I got myself a full glass of water (they recommend at least 12 oz of water only, water activates the glucomanin in the wafers). I chewed 2 of the wafers which tasted sorta like those sweet tart candies, and drank the water all down. I waited for 10 minutes and then was ready to have my lunch. As I was heating up my vegetable soup and getting ready to make a grilled cheese sandwich, I began to feel like, well maybe "crackers" would be the thing to have. To me, that was strange because I love grilled cheese, but when I thought further about it, I was beginning to "not feel so hungry". I got out my favorite BIG BOWL to hold the whole can of soup, got out my crackers, and was ready to go. I crushed about 4 saltines into my soup and began to enjoy! About halfway into the bowl, I just could not eat anymore. I about fell out of my chair!!! I have never put my lunch in the fridge to have as leftovers in my life. But I did this time.

About 2 in the afternoon, I took 1 Thinnergize™ caplet (they recommend 1 midmorning and mid afternoon and that's it). What that does is boost metabolism.

Supper time came and I made spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic bread. 10 minutes before it was time to eat, I ate 2 wafers with a tall glass of water. Now, I love Italian and I do not skimp on the olive oil in the sauce. I usually could eat a plate and a half of spaghetti along with a couple of garlic bread pieces. This time around? Only half a plate and 1 garlic bread.

The rest of the week went like that, with regular everyday family meals that may or may not be healthy. This was going to be the test because they say that this system not only blocks the fats that you eat, but also lowers cholesterol, and aids in digestion.

Now because I am really not into the sweets so much, I really wanted to see what the Chews To Lose™ gum did. What it does is block the sugar receptors in your tongue for about an hour. So for fun, I had a girlfriend visiting and I said hey Kris, lets see what this gum does. We read the instructions that said to chew 1 piece of gum for 90 seconds and then throw it out. We did that and then we took a spoon of sugar and put some on our fingers. Man oh man, we took a taste and we could NOT taste sweet at all. She was in shock. Now the great thing about this gum is, for people who tend to eat MORE than 1 cookie or MORE than 1 piece of any kind of sweet treat, here is how the gum can come in handy:

As they say in our infomercial, we are not saying that you can never eat those sweet treats. Enjoy 1 cookie, then chew the gum, you will not want anymore cookies. Eat 1 piece of chocolate, then chew the gum, you will not want anymore candy. This gum eliminates sugar cravings!

So, my first day with this magnificent system? I am blown away! Everything worked JUST LIKE our infomercial says! I can't imagine what the results are going to be when I test this system while actually eating healthy, you know? I think I could handle that and feel satisfied.
