Down 6 Pounds The First Week While Being A Bad Dieter

As you read in my previous post, I started The Wafer Thin System™ as a test. I described what I ate and how I used the product. I also told you I went from wearing very tight size 16 jeans that I had to lay down to zip, to having those jeans pretty dang saggy for my taste, lol.

I weighed myself on Monday morning and found that I had lost 6 lbs and I never even suffered like I have in the past with so called diets. Oh, by the way, I am a musician and of course when we rehearse, or have a gig, we enjoy beer which is very high in calories. I did have band practice on Saturday so add that into the mix.

I am telling you this not because I want you to call me and order the system only to go crazy eating and drinking everything in sight. This was a test I wanted to do, wondering if the quantities of the foods I eat would change, which it did, I eat way less than I used to. And I wanted to know if eating "regular food" would wreck the results this system could give you. I am sure that if I ate healthier the results would be shocking! There are a few people on our team that have had HUGE weight losses, which I will try to get some before and after shots of them and maybe some interviews with them to share with you.

What is in store for this week? Well, I plan on eating a whole lot better than last week. Of course I am going to eat my soups for lunch, I really love all the different new varieties they come out with. I will still include my breakfast meal replacement (Rice n’ Shine®) just because I feel so good when I drink it. For suppers, I am going to try my best to get away from my favorite greasy foods. I am going to really check out the booklet that came with the system and try some of the meals they suggest.

I have a gig on Saturday night so I want to look even lighter, so I have to be good on my diet because the bar is going to be packed.

So, what are your goals for this week? I like to try to keep my goals small so I can reach them.
